GDPR

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 2016.119.1), please be informed that:

1) The controller of your personal data is Stella Sp. z o.o.
2) The controller did not designate a data protection officer, but you may contact inspektorrodo@stella-furniture.pl regarding any data-related matters.
3) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of handling of the ordering process, marketing efforts on the basis of a separate consent, and for commercial contacts.
4) We process personal data on the basis of consent or in a legitimate interest consisting in ensuring contact, replying to enquiries, providing information, and in cases where legal provisions impose the obligation to process such personal data or if such processing is required for entering into and performance of a contract to which you are a party.
5) Categories of personal data processed by us depend on the purpose of your contact with us and the relationship between us, and they usually include: telephone number, address, name, surname, position (representative or decision maker) and e-mail; each time, we care about using only those data that are necessary.
6) Recipients of your personal data may be entities which process data on our behalf on the basis of a contract, including our IT, accounting, legal service providers, entities collaborating with us and entities entitled to receive information under provisions of law.
7) Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisation.
8) Your personal data will be stored for a period of handling of the ordering process, marketing efforts, and for commercial contacts, or for a period required for defending or pursuing of claims and, if you gave your consent to data processing, until you revoke your consent.
9) You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectify, erase or limit the processing of your personal data, the right to object to the processing, the right of data portability and the right to revoke your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before it is revoked, by sending an e-mail to inspektorrodo@stella-furniture.pl; we will give effect to those rights in accordance with the principles set forth in the GDPR.
10) If you think that your personal data are processed in breach of the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
11) We do not make decisions that are solely based on automated processing, including profiling.
12) Provision of personal data is voluntary but if you do not provide personal data, handling of the ordering process, marketing efforts and contacts will not be possible.

We are co-controllers in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and we jointly fulfil the obligations arising from the GDPR, in particular we are jointly responsible for the exercise of your rights, including provision of information relating to the processing of your personal data.

3) We process your personal data for our common purposes of organisation of handling of websites operated at www.noemebypoldem.fr and resulting commercial contacts, sales of products and services and for marketing purposes.
4) Categories of your personal data include: name and surname, contact details, including e-mail addresses, identification numbers. If we had contact in connection with your interest in our offer, we may also have information about your employer or entity you represent.
4) Recipients of your personal data may be entities which process data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement, in particular our accounting, legal, IT service providers, entities collaborating with us and entities obliged to do so under provisions of law.
5) Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisation.
6) Your personal data will be stored until completion of performance of the contract, defence and pursuit of any claims or revocation of your consent to data processing, if applicable.
7) You have the right to request access to and rectification, erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing and the right to object to processing, the right of data portability and the right to revoke your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before it is revoked.
8) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you think that your personal data are processed in breach of the provisions of the GDPR.
9) Provision of personal data is voluntary, but if you do not provide your personal data personal contact with you, performance of a contract or provision of a service will not be possible.
10) Decisions regarding personal data will be automated, including subject to profiling in accordance with the principles arising from available marketing tools for the purpose of preparation of commercial information that is most appropriate for you, in accordance with the privacy policy and the cookies policy that are made available to you – link.
